Instructions

How to Make Dump & Go Marry Me Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
  • Sprinkle the sun-dried tomatoes over the top.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Add the butter during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley just before serving.
