  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg Fresh or ground
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Can substitute with rosemary
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred for topping

Instructions

How to Make Scalloped Sweet Potatoes

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter.

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
