Instructions

How to Make Crockpot Tuscan Chicken

  • Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Season them lightly with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  • Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  • Cover and set your crockpot to low heat. Cook for about 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  • Once done, gently shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and mix it into the creamy sauce.
  • Spoon the mixture over pasta or rice. Top with optional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
