Ingredients

For the Casserole

  • 4 cups Diced or Shredded Cooked Chicken Rotisserie chicken is a convenient option.
  • 8 slices Cooked and Chopped Bacon Turkey bacon can be a leaner alternative.
  • 5 cups Broccoli Florets OR Thawed Frozen Spinach Ensure spinach is well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic is recommended for the best taste.
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing Substitute with a mayo and sour cream mix for variety.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Divided, melts beautifully for a creamy topping.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Divided, adds sharpness and flavor.

  • Combine well, making sure everything is evenly coated, remembering to reserve half of the cheese for the topping.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch casserole dish and top with the reserved cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is hot and bubbly.

Optional Garnish

  • Garnish with fresh parsley for added color and freshness.
