Instructions

How to Make Christmas Cookie Fudge

  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper, using a bit of butter to grip the paper in place.
  • Melt the Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir gently.
  • Continue Heating: Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between increments. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
  • Mix in Add-ins: Gently fold in Nilla wafers and ¼ cup of Jimmies. Stir briefly to incorporate.
  • Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing out the top, and sprinkle with remaining Jimmies. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut the Fudge: Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before cutting.

Notes

For best taste, enjoy cold or at room temperature. A quick 5-10 seconds in the microwave can soften it, but avoid overheating.
