Preparation
Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips at half power for 1 minute, stirring, and continue in 15-second increments until smooth.
Combine chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until silky.
Pour water into the Instant Pot, set to SAUTE, then place a glass bowl with chocolate and peanut butter on a trivet. Stir as it warms.
Add peanut butter to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth, then gently mix in sweetened condensed milk.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, cut into squares, and serve.
Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before serving for an extra flavor boost.
