Fudge Base

  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Try using vanilla-flavored candy melts for a fun twist.
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Opt for creamy or crunchy for added texture.
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Do not substitute with evaporated milk.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips at half power for 1 minute, stirring, and continue in 15-second increments until smooth.
  • Combine chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until silky.
  • Pour water into the Instant Pot, set to SAUTE, then place a glass bowl with chocolate and peanut butter on a trivet. Stir as it warms.
  • Add peanut butter to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth, then gently mix in sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top before serving for an extra flavor boost.
