Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts

For the Filling

  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese Can substitute with Camembert
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade or store-bought

For Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Optional Extras

  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze For drizzling
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts For sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For drizzling

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the chicken breasts by carefully slicing a pocket into the side of each one.
  • Mix together the creamy Brie cheese and sweet cranberry sauce in a bowl.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the Brie and cranberry mixture.
  • Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, adding a touch of oil. Sear the stuffed chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Rest the chicken for about 5 minutes before slicing into it.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving for an extra touch of elegance.
