Instructions

Preparation

  • Coat the diced chicken breast in flour for a nice texture. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add the floured chicken, and brown for about 5-7 minutes. Add sliced onion and cook until softened.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together honey, light soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Stir well to combine.

Slow Cooker Assembly

  • Add the browned chicken and onion to the slow cooker, pour the sauce mixture over the top, and stir to coat the chicken well.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to high. Cook for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Serving
