Meatballs
- 48 ounces fully cooked frozen homestyle meatballs Store-bought or homemade, ensure they're fully cooked.
Sauce Mixture
- 12 ounces sweet red chili sauce Use a good-quality brand for the best flavor.
- 20 ounces grape jelly Can substitute with apricot preserves or cranberry sauce.
- 20 ounces canned pineapple tidbits Drained; can be substituted with diced bell peppers.
Preparation
Place the frozen meatballs into the crockpot.
Pour in the sweet red chili sauce.
Add the grape jelly.
Include the drained pineapple tidbits.
Stir to coat the meatballs evenly.
Cover the crockpot with its lid.
Cooking
Cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.
Once done, uncover and stir again before serving.
For additional heat, add crushed red pepper flakes or jalapeños. For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for the last 30 minutes. Ensure meatballs are cooked beforehand if using homemade.
